The sowing campaign began in 12 districts of the region. As of April 12, early spring grains and leguminous crops were sown on an area of ​​8,8 thousand hectares, or 12% of the forecasted.

Together with spring crops sowing, agrarians began industrial crops sowing, in particular, agro-formations of the Ruzhynsky district sowed the first 30 hectares of sunflowers and 142 hectares of sugar beet.
