It is reported by Director of the Department for Agricultural Development, Ecology and Natural Resources of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration Mykola Tkachuk. 

«Five sugar refineries are operating in the region. Over 2,5 million tonnes of sugar beet have already been processed. Sugar production reaches 315 thousand tonnes. About 700 thousand tonnes of sugar beet remain to be processed»б — the official said.

«The index of agricultural production in January-October amounted to 106,8%, food and industrial products — 104%», — informed Mykola Tkachuk.
