Viktor Ivanchyk increased its stake in «Astarta» to almost 40%

Albacon Ventures Limited increased its stake in «Astarta-Kyiv» agri-industrial holding to 39,54%.

It is reported on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Thus, on September 30, Albacon Ventures Limited bought 100,000 shares of «Astarta-Kyiv» at the average price of PLN17 ($4,44) per share. After the purchase, the total stake of Albacon Ventures Limited increased to 9,885,940.

Prior to the acquisition, Albacon Ventures Limited owned 9,785,940 shares, representing 39,14% of the authorized capital of «Astarta-Kyiv».
