«Albacon Ventures Limited acquired a total of 152,000 shares of «Astarta-Kyiv» agroholding, resulting in a share of Albacon Ventures Limited of 37,99%», — the report said.
According to the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, after the transaction, the total share of Albacon Ventures Limited increased from 9,35 to 9,49 million shares.
Recall that in May, Viktor Ivanchyk bought 201,32 thousand shares of «Astarta-Kyiv».
