Ukrainian regions started sugar beet sowing
As of April 11, sugar beet sowing started in seven regions of Ukraine, held on 13 thousand hectares, which is 4% of the forecasted 302 thousand hectares.
It is reported by the press-service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Ukrainian producers purchased 28,9 thousand tonnes of plant protection products (96% of the needs), including 19,1 thousand tonnes (96%) of herbicides for plant protection from weeds, diseases and pests.
