Ukraine sowed 200 thousand hectares of sugar beet
As of April 19, sugar beet were sown on the area of 200 thousand hectares.
It is reported by press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Ukrainian farmers have sown sugar beet on an area of 200 thousand hectares or 81% of the forecasted area.
In general, 2,1 million hectares or 92% of the forecasted area have been sown with early spring crops and leguminous crops.
