Agrarians of 14 regions out of 18 beet growing regions continue sugar beet harvesting campaign (73,1 thousand ha, 32% in Ukraine), 3 million 440 thousand tonnes of sugar beets were harvested with the average yield of 470,7 centners/ha. Kharkiv region harvested the most sugar beets — 64% of the forecast, the highest average beet yield was registered in Ternopil (559 centners/ha) and Lviv (558,4 centners/ha) regoins.
