Farmers of Vinnytsia, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Bukovyna and Cherkasy regions began sugar beet harvesting operations (10,6 thousand hectares, 5% in Ukraine), 506 thousand tonnes of sweet roots were harvested with the avetage yield of 477,4 centners per hectare.
