The second place was occupied by Gaisin Sugar Refinery, which produced 120,8 thousand tonnes of sugar. The third place — Radekhivskyi Sugar Refinery, which produced 108,49 thousand tonnes of sugar. 

In the context of the integrated companies there were no significant changes:

«Astarta-Kyiv» LLC consolidated the leading position: its enterprises produced 19% of total sugar production, last year the figure reached 23%. In comparison with last year, «Radekhivskyi Sugar» LLC decreased its share of the total sugar output from 21% to 18% and occupied the second place. «Ukrprominvest-Agro» LLC took the third position, increasing its share in the domestic market from 12% to 15%», — commented the deputy chairman of «Ukrsugar» Association and the leading speaker of «Sugar World 2019» Ruslana Butylo.

Recall that in 2018/2019 MY, 42 sugar refineries produced 1,82 million tonnes of sugar and processed 13,6 million tonnes of sugar beet.
