Ternopil sugar refineries produced more than 146 tonnes of sugar
Agricultural farms of Ternopil region almost completed sugar beet harvesting. Thus, the local sugar refineries are in the midst of the sugar production season.

The Director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Regional State Administration Volodymyr Stakhov said, that sugar refineries in Khorostkiv and Chortkiv accepted 987,8 thousand tonnes of sugar beet for processing.
He adds, that the refineries have already produced 146,5 tonnes of sugar.
