Director of «Agroprodservis Invest» LLC Yuriy Pudlyk says that on the eve of the beet-harvesting season they have purchased a high-performance energy-intensive import beet-harvesting complex equipped with navigation and electronic equipment. Sugar beet have already been harvested from the area of ​​more than one hundred hectares with an average yield of up to 600 centners/ha. According to the proven timetable, beet transportation for processing is carried out by a number of other agricultural enterprises, in particular by «Agroprodservice» and others, as well as farms.

According to the department of agro-industrial development of Ternopil regional state administration, as of September 26, sugar beet in farms of all forms of ownership were harvested from 5,7 thousand hectares, 280 thousand tonnes of beet were harvested with the average yield of 498,2 centners per hectare.
