«Teophipolskyi Sugar» began to produce electricity
On September 30, 2017, in Khmelnytsk region, on the territory of «Teophipolskyi Sugar» LLC the second largest biogas refinery in Ukraine with a capacity of 5,1 MW began to produce electricity.

The complex in Elyzavetivka village (Dnipro region) of the poultry farm «Oril-Leader» («Myronivsky Khliboprodukt») with a capacity of 5,5 MW takes the first place at the moment.
It is noted that in the coming months, after the launch of the second stage of Teophipolsky biogas refinery with a capacity of 10,5 MW, Europe will see the largest complex, the total capacity of which will be 15,6 MW. «Ukraine-2001» company invested about 40 million euros in its construction.
Earlier it was reported that a biogas complex will be built on the sugar refinery base in Chernihiv region.
