Sumy region harvested 80% of sugar beet
As of October 30, agrarians of Sumy region harvested 80% of sugar beet areas.
It is reported by Agricultural Department of Sumy Regional State Administration.
Sugar beet are harvested from the area of 2,7 thousand hectares, which is 80% of the total harvested area, 115,4 thousand tonnes of beet are harvested, with an average yield of 42,56 t/ha. In general, the yields of main technical crops exceed the level of the previous year.
