On September, 23 Sugar Refinery, in Zhytomyr region, began sugar beet processing.

Deputy General Director of «Signet-Center» LLC? Anatoliy Manoylenko, says that the company has ambitious plans: «This year, we carried out the complete modernization and automation of the thermal scheme of the evaporation station, purchased the pulp press and three vacuum devices of the first product. We installed two centrifuges on the first product and one on the friction. Thus, we managed to increase the processing capacity of the mill to 2,5 ths t of sugar beet per day. Next season we plan to increase the capacity to 3 ths t».

In the current season, the company plans to produce about 32 ths t of sugar — the level of the previous year.
