It was announced by the Chairman of the trade union committee of the enterprise Valery Chernysh, «Radio svoboda» reports.

«The air separation and steam/water supply workshops, as well as nitric acid and ammonium nitrate plants are operating stably. As of August 1 Severodonetsk «Azot» produced the first thousand tonnes of ammonium nitrate. Pre-start work is being carried out in the urea plant», —  he said.

Earlier Severodonetsk «Azot» got ammonia production up and running.
