Poltava region harvested more than 1 million tonnes of sugar beets
Poltava region finished 2021 sugar beet harvesting campaign.
It is reported by press service of Department of Agricultural Development of Poltava Regional State Administration.
Sugar beets were harvested from the area of 25,9 thousand hectares, the gross yield amounted to 1,07 million tonnes, the average yield reached 41,5 t/ha.
