Poltava region harvested 74% of sugar beet
As of October 18, 74% of sugar beet areas were harvested in Poltava region.
It is reported by Agricultural Department of Poltava Regional State Administration.
The local agrarians harvested sugar beets from the area of 19,2 thousand hectares, 748,1 thousand tonnes of sweet roots were harvested with the average yield of 389,6 centners/ha.
