The local farms began late crops harvesting campaign and have already harvested sugar beets from the area of ​​2.2 thousand hectares (14.6% of the planned), 138.9 thousand tonnes of sweet roots have been harvested with the average yield of 63.3 tonnes/ha.

Changeable weather was observed in Lviv region between September 22 and 28, with sunny and rainy days. The average daily air temperature was in the range of 8.3-13.1°С, with the norm of 11.2°С. The amount of precipitation for the reporting period reached 17.2 mm, or 90.5% of the norm. Therefore, the soil in the region is heavily moistened.
