Kopernik Global Investors LLC increased its direct share in the authorized capital of «Astarta-Kyiv» agri-industrial holding.

On December 27, 2018, as a result of the operation for the purchase of 3,2 thousand shares of «Astarta», the share of Kopernik increased and exceeded 5%.
After the operation Kopernik owns 1,25 million shares of «Astarta».
Recall that during the period from December 10 to 12, «Astarta» bought up 12 thousand of its own shares.
