Agrarians of Khmelnytsk region are actively carrying out spring field works. It is planned to sow about 850,000 hectares of spring crops, where almost half will be sown with barley, wheat, peas, soybeans, sunflowers, sugar beets. The total sown area of ​​agricultural crops in 2022 is expected to be within 1,207,000 hectares. And this is 2,000 hectares more than last year.

Sugar beets are sown on the area of ​​23,500 hectares, or 90% of the planned.
