In Ternopil region sugar factory resumed its work after a 5-year break
Zbarazh sugar refinery, which is a part of «Radekhivskyi Sugar» LLC, resumed its work after a five-year break.

«Today, there are four sugar factories in the region, in particular, Zbarazh factory, which had not worked for 5 years, resumed its activity. In total, sugar factories produced 43,000 tonnes of sugar or 13,000 tonnes more than last year. The sugar-refining season continues», — said the head of TRMA, Volodymyr Trush.
This year, weather conditions contributed to active autumn field work. Sugar beet harvesting is currently underway. According to the head of Ternopil Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Trush, 361,000 tonnes of beets have already been harvested.
