This is due to the increase in sugar beet harvested area by ​​8,4% and beet yield — by 19%.

In January-October 2017, compared to the corresponding period in 2016, the index of agricultural products amounted to 104%, including agricultural enterprises — 102,7%, in farms  — 105,7%. The crop production index, compared with January-October 2016, grew to 103,9%.
