European Union sugar production is forecasted flat — USDA
European Union production is forecast flat at 15.0 million tonnes.
It is reported by USDA in its May report.
Sugarbeet area is expected to be up slightly with lower yields. Consumption, imports, and exports are forecast unchanged while stocks are expected to rise with the higher beginning stocks.
