Egypt's sugar reserves will be enough until beginning of the production season
Egypt's sugar reserves are at four and a half months, Egypt's Supply Minister Ali Moselhy said on Tuesday.
It is reported by Reuters.
He said the reserves were enough to last until local sugar production starts in January.
"We have more than is required, — he said, — We are in a much better position than last year, when Egypt faced a sugar shortage partly because a shortage of dollars cut imports».
