The sugar refinery in Andrushky, Zhytomyr region, owned by Cygnet company, processed a record amount of sugar beet — 232 thousand tonnes. It became possible due to the modernization, which invested $ 2,7 million.

Thanks to this modernization, the company also managed to reduce the sugar content in molasses and its amount, reduce fuel consumption and increase the processing efficiency to 2,5 thousand tonnes of beet per day.
