In particular, it is reported that the company has completed the operation to buy «Ruzhynsky Kray» enterprise, in Zhytomyr region, thus increasing the land bank to 29 thousand hectares. Previously, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed «Cignet Center» LLC, the member of «Cygnet» group of companies, to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of «Ruzhynsky Kray».

Recall that in 2018, «Cygnet Holding» plans to invest about $ 0,7 million in the reconstruction and modernization of its sugar refinery to increase sugar beet processing capacity.
