Carpathian region plans to harvest 70 thousand tonnes of sugar beet
Agrarians of Carpathian region have begun sugar beet hrvesting. Almost 70 thousand tonnes of sugar beet are expected to be harvested this year.
It is reported by the press service of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
The region continues field works, including harvesting of the late crops. It is noted that the local agrarians continue to harvest potatoes and vegetables, corn for grain and buckwheat, as well as late crops, in particular soybeans and sunflowers.
