Bunge sold its sugar subdivision to Wilmar
Bunge Limited announced it has completed the sale of its international sugar trading operations to Wilmar Sugar Pte. Ltd.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
Bunge has been negotiating about the sale of sugar assets in Asia. The expected deal will provide Wilmar access to the Thailand market.
Bunge Limited is a leading global agribusiness and food company operating in over 40 countries with approximately 32,000 employees.
