Australia sugar production is forecast to increase 100 kt — USDA
Australia production is forecast to increase 100,000 tonnes to 4.2 million due to an increase in sugarcane available for processing as a result of expected favorable weather.
It is reported by USDA in its May report.
Consumption is forecast to increase in line with population growth while exports are also forecast up with the higher available supplies.
