«Astarta»'s CEO increased shareholding in the company
Viktor Gladkyi, the CFO of «Astarta-Kyiv», has acquired a stake in the company.
It is reporte on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
According to the data, on February 8, Viktor Gladkyi bought 820 shares at an average price of 44 zlotys ($11,96) per share.
Thus,the transaction amounted to about 36,7 thousand zlotys or $9,9 thousand.
Recall that Albacon Ventures Limited, owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, increased its stake in «Astarta» to 39,54%.
