«Astarta» reduced sugar sales by 20%
According to the results of the 3-rd quarter of 2018, «Astarta» agro-industrial holding reduced sugar sales by 20%, compared to the same period of 2017, — to 88 thousand tonnes.
The company stated about it in a message on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
According to the report, for this period the average sugar prices decreased by 18%.
As it is noted, wheat sales increased by 18%, while corn sales decreased by 57%, barley — by 89%. Soybean oil sales fell by 55%, milk — by 6%. At the same time, soybean meal sales increased by 6%.
