«Astarta» redeemed its shares worth almost 65 thousand dollars
In the period from July 4 to July 6, 2018, «Astarta-Kyiv» agro-industrial holding bought 7,2 thousand of its shares on the stock exchange.
It is stated in a message of the company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The average price of the share was PLN 33.49 or about $ 9. Thus, the total amount of the transaction was 241 thousand zlotys or 64,8 thousand dollars.
The shares were acquired in accordance with the decision made at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company on May 25, 2018. The ransom was held by Pekao Investment Banking SA.
