Ukrainian farmers continue sugar beet sowing. The beginning of these works has been reported by almost all regions where this crop is grown and processed.

«Astarta» did not change its production program, as the territories in which it operates were virtually unaffected by the war. Only 4,500 hectares of landі in Chernigiv region were temporarily occupied.

«We have not changed crop rotation, technology, we are provided with all resources by 100%, except for some positions on plant protection products, but we are replacing them with analogues. We plan to launch all five sugar factories, but it is likely that the company will not operate in Poltava region due to unfavorable conditions in the gas and coal markets. «Astarta» plans to sow 33.5 thousand hectares of sugar beets, in addition, all our agricultural partners have confirmed their intention to supply us with raw materials. In parallel with the spring works, we help to evacuate people, supply ammunition to the army and territorial forces, work on demining fields and farm buildings.
