«Astarta» plans to purchase two agro-companies
On October 27, 2017, «Astarta-Kyiv» agro-industrial holding signed an agreement to purchase «Agro-Ka Poltava» LLC in Poltava region and «Zlagoda Plus» LLC in Zhytomyr region.
According to the holding's report, the completion of the transaction is expected by the end of this year. «Astarta» has already made a down payment on an agreement in the amount of UAH 49 778.
It should be recalled that Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed «Astarta» agropromholding company to acquire shares in the authorized capital of «Agro-Ka Poltava» LLC, «Zlagoda Plus» LLC, «Agro-Region» LLC.
