«Astarta» plans to leave 61,84 million euros revenue undistributed
Agroindustrial holding «Astarta-Kyiv», the largest sugar producer of Ukraine, shareholders plan to leave undistributed net profit for 2017 financial year in the amount of EUR 61,84 million.
It is stated in the draft resolution of the shareholders general meeting published on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
It is reported that the shareholders will consider a number of personnel issues and a proposal for the extension of the 18-month redemption program, according to which the company may redeem a maximum of 2,5 million shares at a price not exceeding 125 zlotys per piece.
In addition, the shareholders plan to consider the item of giving the board of directors the power to organize the issue of shares up to 10% of the current issued and paid-up share capital, as well as limiting or canceling existing prevailing rights in shares.
It is noted that the shareholders meeting is scheduled for May, 25.
