«Astarta» increased sugar sales by 33%
In October-December 2020, «Astarta», the biggest sugar producer in Ukraine, increased sugar sales by a third compared to the same period in 2019.
It is reported by «Interfax-Ukraina».
During this period, sales of sugar increased by 33% - to 81.81 thousand tonnes.
«Astarta» is a vertically integrated agri-industrial holding operating in eight regions of Ukraine. It includes eight sugar factories, farms with a land bank of 243 thousand hectares and dairy farms with 25 thousand heads of cattle, seven elevators, biogas complex and soybean processing plant in Poltava region.
