«Astarta» bought up 1,07 thousand of its own shares
During the period from November 14 to 16, «Astarta» agri-industrial holding bought up 1,065 thousand of its own shares on the stock exchange.
It is stated in a message of the company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
As noted, the average price of the stock was PLN29.01 ($7.67). The total amount of the transaction amounted to about PLN120,000 ($32,000).
The board of directors of Astarta Holding N.V. appointed a Polish investment bank Pekao Investment Banking S.A. as a buyout agent within the framework of the approved buyback program.
The ransom program is approved for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of attracted financing, which involves the conversion of debt into equity capital, as well as for the implementation of the program of encouragement of management.
