Sugar beets were harvested from the area of 2,7 thousand hectares (9%), the average crop yield amounted to 450 centners/ha.

As of September 29, three sugar refineries began sugar-refining season in the region: «Starokostiantynivcukor» LLC, «Narkevychy Sugar Refinery» LLC and «Teophipolskyi Sugar» LLC.
