Enterprises of Astarta agri-industrial holding began spring sowing campaign. The work began with the sowing of sugar beets in the fields of Poltava region.
The planned sowing areas of the holding’s key crops: sugar beets — 32 thousand hectares, soybeans — 56 thousand hectares, winter wheat — 39 thousand hectares, sunflower — 23 thousand hectares, winter rapeseed — 15 thousand hectares, corn for grain — 20 thousand hectares. The area under organic farming — 2 thousand hectares. The final structure of crops will be determined based on the results of the campaign.
